What kinds of operations does PMP serve?
Any operation that deals in salvaged, refurbished, or specialty parts — auto teardowns, electronics repair shops, appliance recyclers, marine parts dealers, heavy equipment rebuilders, vintage parts resellers. If you track parts by SKU and sell across marketplaces, PMP fits.
How does inventory tracking work?
Every inventory movement — add, remove, transfer, adjust — writes an entry to the ledger with the actor, timestamp, quantity, and reason. PMP shows you current counts; the ledger is the full record of how they got there.
Which marketplaces does PMP integrate with?
eBay and Shopify — quantity sync, order import, and PMP-to-marketplace updates.
Can multiple team members work at the same time?
Yes — role-based access. Admins, managers, and shop-floor staff each see the interface appropriate to their role. Multiple pickers can run concurrent sessions, and every action is attributed to the person who took it.
How do I get my existing data into PMP?
A two-step CSV import: upload your file, preview the parsed data with validation, then confirm to execute. Modes include create-only, update-only, upsert, and replace. eBay quantities import in bulk from your connected account.
Is my data secure?
Your account data is private and encrypted. Passwords are protected with industry-standard methods, and every connection is encrypted (HTTPS-only, HSTS enabled). A detailed audit log records every change.
How much does PMP cost?

What hardware do I need?
Standard, off-the-shelf hardware — nothing proprietary. PMP runs in your browser, so a phone or tablet camera can scan QR codes to start, and a dedicated Zebra scanner (Android 10 or newer) is faster once you're at volume.
