Do all plans really include the same features?
Yes — every plan runs the complete system, with nothing locked to a higher tier. What changes is capacity: how many users, how many orders a month, and how much storage. You're choosing for scale, never for features.
What happens if I exceed my order count?
An occasional busy month is fine — going over your order limit won't cut you off or add a fee. If you're over it several months in a row, we'll move you to the plan that fits. You only pay the difference from the day you upgrade — never a charge for the months you were already over.
What's included when I start?
Every new account includes 3 hours of guided setup — we help you import your catalog, connect eBay and Shopify, and get your team up and running in your warehouse. You're billed from day one and can cancel anytime — and even if you decide Ordovee isn't the right fit, the work you do over those first 30 days leaves you with a clearer picture of your own inventory and operation than you started with. Is hardware extra?
No special hardware — ODV runs in your web browser, so the device you already have works. A barcode scanner and a thermal label printer are optional add-ons that speed up picking and labeling. See the Hardware page for browsers, devices, and the models we recommend.
What support is included?
Software support — trouble logging in, a sync that isn't updating, a count or order that looks off, anything in the system not working right — is included by email on every plan, straight to the team that built it.
