Hands-on help to get you on your way. We hop on a call and work through the system with you, in the right order, so the hard parts get done together and you always know your next step.
Working together — we guide you through the most critical parts of the system. You bring your data and your questions; we bring the expertise to plan and implement.
You set the pace: a session or two up front to get your account set up and the basics down, then shorter follow-ups across your first month — as you work through the system and questions surface.
It's a real head start — we point the way, you do the hands-on work between sessions, and three guided hours usually gets you up and running. If more time is needed, that can be arranged with our Expert Assistance service.
Getting started takes very little. The system has one hard rule: every item needs a SKU, and those SKUs have to match your eBay and Shopify listings. PMP gives you the tools to line them up, and we'll work through it together.
Setup comes together in four stages, each building on the last — the path from a new account to processing orders.
Your parts, their SKUs, and your on-hand counts — the catalog and inventory PMP runs on. It comes in from a CSV or your eBay listings, and we map it together.
Your sales channels — eBay and Shopify. We connect them and bring your orders and listings into PMP, confirming everything reads right — without changing anything on your live storefronts yet.
No locations yet? We help you build them from scratch — turning a garage, a locker, a shipping container, or a warehouse into labeled bins, shelves, and zones.
PMP starts running your inventory — quantities now sync out to eBay and Shopify. We test it live with real orders, confirming picks, counts, and listings all move together.
More setup, data work, or training is available as Expert Assistance — the same team, whenever a little guidance would be helpful.
Pick a plan and we'll get you moving together. Cancel anytime, month to month — and even if PMP isn't the right fit, the setup work you do in those first weeks leaves you understanding your own inventory and operation better than when you started.
