Is Ordovee right for my business?
Ordovee is inventory and warehouse software for sellers using eBay, Shopify, or both. It tracks your inventory and storage locations, brings in orders from eBay and Shopify, and sends available-quantity updates to connected marketplaces when auto-push is enabled. Titles, photos, and prices stay in eBay or Shopify, where you already manage your listings (how the sync works). What happens when I sign up?
Every new account includes a 3-hour guided launch. Bring a spreadsheet or your current eBay listings, along with access to your marketplace accounts. We'll help you import your catalog, connect your marketplaces, and set up your first storage locations. You can start with one shelf and add the rest as you go. Billing starts when you sign up, and you can cancel anytime (see the plans).
What kinds of operations does Ordovee serve?
ODV serves businesses that keep physical inventory, track items by SKU, and fulfill orders through eBay, Shopify, or both. That includes general merchandise sellers working from a few shelves, businesses operating larger warehouses, and parts businesses such as auto dismantlers, electronics repair shops, appliance recyclers, marine parts dealers, heavy equipment rebuilders, and industrial surplus dealers. For businesses that take units apart, ODV's catalog and compatibility tools support Structured Disassembly Management (SDM).
How does inventory tracking work?
Every inventory movement — add, remove, transfer, adjust — writes an entry to the ledger with the actor, timestamp, and quantity. An adjustment also records why the count changed. ODV shows you current counts; the ledger is the full record of how they got there.
Which marketplaces does ODV integrate with?
eBay and Shopify. ODV imports orders and sends available-quantity updates to connected listings when auto-push is enabled.
Can multiple team members work at the same time?
Yes — role-based access. Admins, managers, and warehouse staff each see the interface appropriate to their role. Multiple pickers can run concurrent sessions, and every action is attributed to the person who took it.
How do I get my existing data into ODV?
A two-step CSV import: upload your file, preview the parsed data with validation, then confirm to execute. A new row creates a record, and a row that matches one already in your account updates it. eBay quantities import in bulk from your connected account.
Can I get my data back out, including the fitment I built?
Full CSV export, any time you want it. Parts, source assemblies, and the cross-references between them — and the cross-reference file is one row per part-to-assembly pair, so the relationships come out whole and stay searchable from either side instead of collapsing into a text field. The catalog you built is yours to take.
Is my data secure?
Your account data is private and encrypted. Passwords are protected with industry-standard methods, and every connection is encrypted. A detailed audit log records every change.
How much does ODV cost?
Every plan runs the full system — you choose for scale (team members, monthly orders, media storage), never by feature. See the plans and what every account includes.
What hardware do I need?
Standard, off-the-shelf hardware — nothing proprietary. ODV runs in your browser, so a phone or tablet camera can scan QR codes to start, and a dedicated Zebra scanner (Android 10 or newer) is faster once you're at volume.
